JOB OPENING: Account Coordinator

Established East Bay advertising agency that represents both nationally recognized and rapidly growing regional brands is growing! We are seeking an entry-level account coordinator to join our team. We will train the right person on many facets of our clients’ accounts in a fast-paced, friendly and fun environment. You will learn from smart and talented veterans in the field as well as have access to agency principals. This is a full-time position in our downtown Walnut Creek office.

Things you will get to do

* Opportunities to work on big established brands on a regional level
* Create client newsletters in collaboration with the Account Team
* Traffic creative both internally and externally
* Assist with sponsorships and promotions
* Sales and promotional analysis; maintaining flow charts
* Coordination of client events
* Ad asset creation across all mediums: Print, Digital, Video, Audio


* Bachelor’s degree in an advertising-related field is preferred
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong analytical thinker and problem solver
* Excellent communication skills
* Multi-tasker with a positive “yes I can” attitude
* Adept time manager, self-motivated and takes initiative
* Excel and PowerPoint master
* Able to function independently and in a team environment; approachable
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment on multiple projects and stay cool under pressure
