Situation
Hines was looking for a partner to develop a marketing plan for their new transit-oriented multi-family development, a 3-building complex in the fringe neighborhood of Temescal in Oakland.
Solution
Leveraging an adopted name and logo, we developed a fully thought out brand and website that spoke to the promise of the project in a way that was authentic to the neighborhood as well as enticing to a relatively specific audience profile.
Success
By creating smart and functional marketing assets, and taking advantage of a highly visible location, we were able to generate over 2,000 interest list sign-ups before pre-leasing began.
