Benchmark Communities (now Century Communities) came to us in 2013 with a proposed 8+ year, 7-collection, master-planned community in a little known town on the Central Coast of California and asked us to build a brand and market it to success we knew we had our work cut out for us.
We developed a brand that not only showcased the promise of the community to be, but also leveraged the natural assets of the area in a way that was appealing to the very first home buyers. By creating differentiation amongst the home collections, through advertising and a search-focused website, we allowed prospective buyers to more easily navigate the multitude of options before them.
In its 5+ years of selling we have helped drive awareness and interest from qualified buyers of an evolving target base through the aftermath of the housing collapse, resulting in over 700 homes sold as the project moves into its final phase of selling.
